Gearing up to renew my CCNP/CCNA./ CCNA Security, should be taking my TSHOOT exam in the next week or too.
was online yesterday looking for the exam demo on Cisco.com, seems they have removed the demo. :(
I gots to remember how it works, I know it can be tricky, one wrong click and 300 bucks goes out the door.
Will this be what you need?

anything helps, but no, what I was looking for was the tshoot ticket demo.
one that helps explains ticket navigation.

Hmmm... maybe call your company's Cisco rep? Sales guys tend to know where stuff like that can be found.

maybe a job for my HTOM >:D
It's a three-level question with 4 possible answers per question, if I remember correctly. First, you need to identify a broad category for the cause of the issue, then a more specific answer and ultimately how it should be corrected.
Just load up the topology on EVE-NG and play with it for a few days and you should be fine :) Mine is up for renewal in October.
shelled out the $300 yesterday. I'm all signed up.
yeah Simon, that's the general gist. I just remember last time I took this exam, it ran slow and I clicked 'next' through one of the TT.
I also remember that the TT questions were inter dispersed between MCQ, Simlet, D&D, so there was not clicking for ticket1, ticket2, ticket3.
Last time I took it, it was a few multiple-choice questions, and then came the trouble tickets. Could have changed though, it's been three years already.
Not sure if I will bother to renew it next time though, with all the changes to the program...

yes, this is my last time also, I wish to pursue greater endeavors. like PA and CISSP.
I figured I'd try the renew since it's a fairly easy test to pass. comparatively.
you won't have any issues I guarantee it
Wasn't so bad, slow start at first, but then when I got used to the interface got better. most of the TT I got were unchanged from lat time I took the test ~3 years ago. simlet same, MCQ and D&D all new. So I am good for my next 3 years being Cisco certified. now back to that pesky PCCSA
