actually 1909, patch, I found "Windows 1909.iso" on my usb storage drive the other day, yesterday after a hard lockup and reboot, I was forced to upgrade. (my pc and internet seemed slow the past few days prior, guess it was downloading the 4G .ISO image. took about 40 mins and a reboot to upgrade and I was back online, so much for my plan to watch FRINGE Season 1 repeats, maybe tonite. I have been profusely backing up all my assets since. should have done do prior, but these days you never know when is when.

When I see a Windows update on deck, I shut everything down and do that update ASAP when I have a break so that it doesn't kick off in the middle of a customer call.

That almost happened to me today. I normally reboot every couple days just to keep the forced reboot at bay. Been busy so I forgot. Had a customer call this morning, and I was presenting. Had just opened the presentation about 10 minutes before the call start time. Get a message a forced reboot is going to happen in 15 minutes. Was able to reboot, get back in, and was opening the presentation just as the customer dialed in.
