Wow. I think I know why the wait queue is only one person. Their abandon rate must be sky high.

My wife heard it in the other room and was worried that I had blown out my sound card.

It's better if you don't watch on YouTube, then you actually hear the "music".

QuoteThe audio is just a live-stream of the phone operators playing random instruments in the office while not answering your call.

Ironically, I think the song is supposed to be "Toxic" by Britney Spears although played with a primary school band made up of recorders and a trumpet. :twitch:

Haha.. recorders and a single trumpet. Yeah I think that was Toxic. Why any professional organization would want Brittany Spears hold music is beyond me.

I'm a fan of the classic CUCM hold music.

Try this for your hold music, especially if you want everyone to hang up.

I didn't understand any of that but at some point I thought I heard him say:

"Cadillac woo-diloo! Woo hay!"

I think The Legendary Stardust Cowboy was commenting on the quality of Cadillacs while simultaneously lamenting the price of maintenance.

Fun fact: Legendary Stardust Cowboy was David Bowie's inspiration for Ziggy Stardust.

Paralyzed lyrics:
