In this scenario I am using 4 kind of different networks  for each block.  block A can communicate to public network bcoz of Nat on Pat configuration in router A, I want access the internet from block b ,block c, block d ,if i configure Nat on Pat in router b means can I possible to connect public network from block b router (  block b to isp)
Or does I want to buy another ISP connection for block b

Note
In this scenario i am using eigrp routing protocols, dhcp configuration, unequal cost path load balancing

ISP router to block a static route

Block a to ISP router default route
