Cisco Tac in Jordan

Recently I've been getting more and more support cases from teams in Jordan and I must say these days if I need a tac case I'm hoping it's picked up by that group there. They are always polite and know their stuff, they are willing to help and provide info verbally and links to documentation that I've not found. I cannot fault them!

Jordan, huh? I don't know if I'll be hearing much from Jordanian tech support... I'm in security, so that means all roads lead to Tel Aviv...
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
