Does anyone have some hands on experience with this cert/training?

It sounds like an interesting track.

No experience with it, but I wonder what point of view it's geared for: a cloud provider or a cloud resource user?

bought ccna cloud book last time, it was pretty basic and lot of overlap with ccna data center and routing. But there are some information worth knowing. i aimed for ccnp cloud which is supposedly give a much thorough technicals on cisco aci but it was not out of print yet.

Wouldn't go near it with a very long pole.

Exactly - and that's not vendor bias either.  It's way too fluid for anyone to be saying, "This is how it's done." - you'd have to master 100 diff topics (OpenStack, OpenFlow, Nuage, Controller-less options, programming, etc.).

Of course since it's a Cisco cert they are going to try to push the ACI message - but it's an utter failure - that's not vendor bias either.  Cisco will eventually let go of its deathgrip on it.

Honestly believe your time is better spent elsewhere.

EDIT - Actually - I guess I shouldn't assume that by "Cloud" they mean "SDN".  If you're going to be a Cisco shop, then I guess it may have its benefits from a fundamental knowledge standpoint.. just keep in mind that it's Cisco's view on the world - it's not an open one.
