Skype/Lync call log issue

Hey guys,

Any of you come across an issue where randomly calls are not being logged in the conversations tab in skype for business? I have been trying to isolate this issue and to no avail. We have an operator, who uses attendant pro and skype for business. 95% of the calls log, but randomly some calls do not log.
Sys Admin: "You have a stuck route"
            Me: "You have an incorrect Default Gateway"

Have not seen this... is it possible that the unlogged calls are from private phones or from nations/jurisdictions that do not allow call logging?
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
