Why cattle-call recruiting doesn't work

In the February 6, 2018 Ask The Headhunter Newsletter, a manager who complains about irresponsible job applicants gets a lesson on the recruiting problem employers create. Question I am a manager looking for reasons why candidates that apply for my jobs either: Don't respond when I reach out to schedule an interview, or Don't show up for an interview. You often write about how irresponsibly employers, HR and recruiters behave toward job applicants.
