Going into a call, told the topic was going to be about centralized licensing issues for a customer, so I'm all ready to go for a discussion about that.

In the call, the customer's talking about licensing, but it seems like they're confusing the difference between licensing modes, because they keep talking about a standalone model. I keep trying to steer the focus back to centralized, they keep talking standalone...

Then it hits me. The customer had no idea what they were talking about when they said they wanted the meeting. :doh:

I dropped all my prep thinking and just answered their question which was, "Standalone demo license? You coordinate that with your sales rep."

I was this guy \/ on the call and when he hits the glass, that's when I had my realization.
