Dual rate SFP+ Optics

I just learned these are a thing. Anyone using them? I am not finding too much information on the web, and curious on any issues people have run into. We "accidentally" bought a few with some IBM cards. Going to spin them up in our test lab next week see if we can get them to link with our switches.

Wow, that is pretty cool!  I had no idea they made something like that.  I wonder what kind of support matrix Cisco has for these.
