I so want to set my Skype location as Uranus.
but I don't think it'd go over so well.

No. Nobody likes it when you're talking out of Uranus.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
