virtualization: hyper V vs VMware

hi,

i m planning to do a virtualization of small office, i m only have 4 servers, which one will be best for me to choose for?
hyper V or vmware?

my 4 servers os, need to be 2x 2012 and 2x 2008 server
suggestion?

IMO you can't go wrong with either. As long as your hardware meets the compatibility requirements of both then they are pretty equal in a small environment. If your background is in Windows Servers then you might find Hyper-V to be easier for you to support.

Hyper-V is aces for the really small business. It's very easy to work with. Be sure to size the host properly.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

If you have server 2012 r2 or better you cant go wrong with hyperv as its part of the license.
