Case in point - when I went into work this week I found that someone stateside had enabled a crippling web filter on all of our boundary firewalls.

For the organization I'm sure it was a pain in the butt, however for me it was an opportunity to get into the Foritgates to poke around and save the day  :))

I think I have reached a point where outages are no longer scary and just another opportunity to learn something or practice my troubleshoot.
