I think I got them working now. If you want to test, use a full post reply and expand the attachments dialog below the post window.

I just did an attachment...
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

OK, max attachment size is 128KB and the folder itself tops out at 10MB... working with the web host to see if those numbers are gonna be uppable.

Max size still 128KB, max 4 att./post, directory upped to 99MB.

Attachments older than 25 days are subject to deletion if we should get hard up for space.

If you can link to a file, do so.
