Most job opportunities go south

Question I went in for my interview and, as job opportunities go, all went great. I met with the HR manager and the Division Manager. They called me back in on Thursday to meet with the Regional Manager, since he was in town. It also went well. We mainly talked about outside activities and life experiences in a jovial laid-back manner. I went back in today to take a personality test. I am forcing myself to not get too fired up about all of this. But, I have to think that no company would subject an applicant to all of

Yep, you can have a great interview, the hiring manager has the offer ready to go out... and then the req gets pulled. Stuff happens.
