Luigi's sounds like the place, then. Thanks! Would you be able/interested in joining us?

You guys road tripping together? I may be out of town that weekend (wife hasn't decided yet), but if I am home I am all for grabbing a bite with you guys.

Netwörkheäd

I am deanwebb when he's posting from his mobile. :)

Let's not argue. Let's network!

Nerm

I don't get it. What is the point of a separate account for mobile posting?

deanwebb

It's so I can test tapatalk functionality. Also so I do experiments on one account and still have admin access with the other. Stuff like that.

Flimsy reasons, yes, but it's how I set things up.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

Ah, that makes sense. I have been running online forums since I was a kid so I am used to having "test" accounts just never seen anyone actually post with one lol.

deanwebb

I keep both active, just in case. :)

Did you make it to the Ali Center and Luigi's? We ended up having plans all weekend.

We left Cincinnati late, so we couldn't get to the Ali Center... that was more for me than the others, so the kids vetoed it. Wound up at WW Cousins and had an amazing burger there.

In Memphis area now, heading back to Dallas tomorrow.

Darn kids lol.....I have been by Cousins many times and I have heard it is good, but I haven't had a chance to eat there yet......I am going to be in Dallas on the 12th, but with only 50 minutes to catch my connecting flight I won't have time to do any sight seeing.

deanwebb

Cousins is definitely a good eat.

And, yeah, stopovers in DFW are never fun. It's an hour out to anywhere and an hour back, so it's worth planning stuff only if you're in town overnight. Just wave enthusiastically towards the east when you get off the plane. If I see you, I'll wave back. :)

I didn't realize the airport was that isolated there. Good to know.

deanwebb

DFW is convenient mostly to the hotels and restaurants nearby and a few corporate campuses in Las Colinas, like Microsoft and Citibank. Everything else is subject to the laws of traffic and getting in/out of airports quickly.
