Arista will do well to study what Microsoft had to do after the DoJ ruling hit them hard in 2001. Start paying for Senators, that's my recommendation, and then all this ITC crap goes away.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
