[img][img]Right out of box, CCNA 100-105, 200-105 software installed, unfortunately fails to connect to pearson when trying to access practice exam. Wow, when sending question regarding this, e-mail forum asks all kinds of question including address, phone number.

I installed off the DVD that came with the books, had to use the code on the paper slip that was in the DVD package. That not work for you?

They sent me an updated version which sort of works, but the one that came with the book definitely did not connect to suite for sure.

huh... the one my son got worked just fine, but now that I think about it, it was the test program from the earlier version, which loaded the 105 tests just fine.

Meantime I lost the code that came with CD, asked them if they can recover the CD activation code, everything went downhill, exchanged at least more than 10 e-mails still they nuggets can not figure out:

This guy asks me for receipt to recover the activation code.

I told him, dont have receipt and sent the CC records as well as address of the B&N.

Then another person replies few days later, do you have activation code?

Dear XXX,
What is the access code you received with the product you purchased?
