Can one of you guys get me Cisco's CLI analyzer, or send me the results of the traceback information. We are running: 12.2(33)SXI4a with sup:WS-SUP720-3BXL

apparently it's a tool now, that has to be downloaded and installed, as well direct access to the device.

it looks like one can cut / paste, but I get prompted for credentials that will not work.

I saw this and decided to take a look. So yea, you cannot just paste in the output anymore and find more info on it. I installed their tool and it does have some nice features but they are charging you to use it!

EDIT - the tool does have an area that allows you to paste stuff in, but it didn't understand your OP and wanted a "show version" at the top..
