Those jetdirect cards are only small boards. May becausing a memory leak or some other weird issue on them. When we were trialling an asset management software it was configured to do scans and kept failing over our ASA-CX pair  :blank:

HP probably can't produce the problem because they don't know nac or have the ability to do the scans the same as you are.

Do the printers act differently with different jetdirect firmware? <- I assume there is different firmware? Not looked at a jetdirect card since 2005ish.

We were able to reproduce the errors when HP sent a guy on site. Fingers crossed they can come up with a solution.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
