I know it's not what the article intended, but it did make me wonder if one could walk in like Clint Eastwood in a western movie and put $100 on the table and play a hand of poker. Interviewer wins, he gets the money. You win, you get the job and start immediately.

If he hesitates to get the HR paperwork, make a move for your sixgun to remind him a deal's a deal... :smug:
