I just received the log in to the cloud portal yesterday and have started installing the agent on end machines. On their portal they list a few different endpoint installers. There's different ones for servers, domain controllers as well as the OS type such as Windows / Mac / Linux / Android.

I installed the regular "Protect" agent for Windows on my machine and some malware was picked up. The portal says to install a different agent if you have a machine that is known infected or you suspect it bad already.

So I eventually got the different agent installed which is called "Triage" and I ran a scan - nothing found.

I can see from the portal that most malware was quarantined but there were two which failed quarantine. So now I'd like to speak to support to see what is the proper course of action.

When I log in to the portal and click support, it redirects me to the open cisco tac cases of mine. I don't at the moment have a specific service contract relating to this FireAMP and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to have one. I've reached out to the reseller as they cocked up sending me the fireamp initial email, and I've been chasing that from them for almost a month. So I'm not really sure how to obtain support for this cloud managed service at the moment.

Anyone else using this and could let me know how you raise support queries?
