A couple thoughts on this:

We should start a discussion on what content should be tackled. I think a nice blend of quick videos (under three minutes) and detailed videos (five minutes and up) would be nice. Also, guidelines and maybe a tutorial on video creation; not all of us are Mac users

Here are some quick videos that I'd like to see made:
