Manageering: When a manager does engineering work. Results in higher productivity and potentially hilarious configurations. Or disastrous, depending on whether or not you're the one cleaning up after the manageering.

Higher-ups will see this as a positive trend, keeping the managers more technical. They will want to use this word to justify keeping headcount one less than it needs to be. "We're a manageering shop, so our managers are expected to pick up the slack."
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
