Do you need different configuration scripts with the different models?
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

I need different configure or help me find errors in my configuration. I configured speed-dial button successfully. So now I have only 1 problem :

       - Can not use conference feature on IP Phone 7811 and 7861 by adhoc.

That new configuration

In trying to find an answer, I found your post on a Cisco forum from 6 days ago... glad we're a little faster with the help, here!

According to http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7800-series/english/admin-guide/pa2d_b_7800-series-admin-guide-cucm/pa2d_b_7800-series-admin-guide-cucm_chapter_01011.html , it says you need the Advanced Adhoc Conference Service Parameter enabled. It is disabled in the default configuration.

yes, I tried same model, but it still don't make the conference. Maybe have a different way is configuration like :

Voice register template 1
transfer-attended
transfer-blind

this way follow guide of Cisco. Hope it will works.

lekimcang -- these phones use the Cisco Spark OS.
I recommend:
1. check feature compatibility with your equipment
2. Give Cisco Configuration Professional a try if you've not tried already. It's a GUI for the CUCME so will help you by showing you what options are available to you.
3. it could be a bug

Hi Dieselboy

I did it. Follow command line :
1. Configure Conference:

voice register template 1
  transfer-attended enable
  transfer-blind enable
softkey connected Confrn Endcall Hold Trnsfer
  softkey idle Cfwdall Newcall Redial
  softkey hold Newcall Resume
  softkey seized Cfwdall Endcall Redial

voice register pool 1
  template 1
  keep-conference

2. Configure Speed-dial
voice register template 1
  button-layout 1 line
  button-layout 2-7 speed-dial
voice register pool 1
  template 1
  speed-dial 1 [number dial]
  apply-configure

3. Show password admin setting of Phone
router#more flash:its/SEPD[MAC Phone].cnf.xml | inlcude phonePassword

Hope everybody can follow this guide to configure CME. This version CME is 11.5.

Cisco Configure Professional don't support configure for CME SIP Phone. It support for CME SCCP. If you want to use it, you must upload source GUI of CME to flash. I tried this way.

I have configured SIP endpoints via Config Professional as well as SCCP on my 2901 voice. Not sure if your phones are strictly SIP or some other consideration is required, though. Your phones have Spark OS which I've not seen, but if it's just SIP, then you can set up a basic SIP endpoint via CCP like I done with my android phones. Was flaky, but still done it.
