Branch Office Setup

Dear Friends,
I Req Your Help, i want to setup Brnach office but all operation are from head office, server also in head office.
MY Server Operating System is Windows Server  2013 and Workgorup Environment. for Proxy I m used ISA Server 2006,
I Have static IP Also,
Plz Guide how to setup branch office ?

1. get branch office location.
2. get data circuit into branch office location.
3. connect your firewall to the internet at branch location
4. build VPN between corporate office and branch location
5. setup services between corporate office and branch location to provide to customers at the branch location.

you will need to deny internet access at the branch location, and force all over the vpn to the proxy at the corporate office for internet access.

There would be an additional question if the branch office is to use local internet for browsing, or if Internet use has to go back to the main office via the VPN.
