Cabling, OSI, and Theory for (100-105) CCENT CCNA

Assuming that the devices involved cannot auto-detect what kind of cable is being used for a connection, what cable would connect...
A switch to switch?
Cable for switch to router?
Cable for router to router?
Cable for PC to switch?
Cable for PC to router or switch console port?
Router to WAN connection?

Which types of interface will a router use to connect to a switch?
Which types of interface will a router use to connect to a WAN link?

What sorts of ports or connections go with the technologies below?

RJ-45
DB-9
V.35 DTE
GBIC
DB60
SFP

OSI layers...
Hubs are layer...?
Switches are layer...?
Routers are layer...?
BONUS: Idiots are layer...? (Hint: they're beyond the normal OSI layers. Also, it's a joke.)

In the OSI model, what is the transport layer responsible for?

Which OSI layer corresponds to the MAC address of a device?

Which OSI layer corresponds to the IP address of a device?

Define a collision domain.
Define a broadcast domain.
Define an Internet domain.

Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

Accounting is architecture, remember that!
Air gaps are high-latency Internet connections.
