Cisco is making some big changes, all to improve the hiring experience for YOU. This email is to let you know about some of the changes, in the hopes that you will bring your unique self to work with the #WeAreCisco tribe! Be you, with us!

-         First, we have a redesigned Careers Website where every photo is of an employee or by an employee, to give you a better glimpse into the Cisco Life.

-         It's also easier than ever to apply – the new site is mobile responsive so you can apply from any device, and you can import your LinkedIn profile to save a few steps in the process!

-         In addition to the site changes, we're streamlining our recruiting methods to help make things more transparent and easier than ever.

We want to make sure that we have the most current information from you. If you haven't done so yet, we'd like to invite you to set up a new My Jobs Profile in our system, so that when opportunities arise, we know how to get in touch! You can also view and apply for any of our Open Positions, and join our Talent Network to create notifications and be the first to know when new jobs are posted.

Looks pretty legit, and I hope they have streamlined the process. I remember trying to get a job there 4 years ago and it was pretty convoluted. If you're looking for a place to work right now and are considering Cisco, this is good news.
