Got the CERT advisories on it coming in, as well.

On platforms that don't allow kernel access from the code, you're good with the usual exception for bad actors with physical access to the device. So if you're running a hardened Linux kernel or Windows NT4 SP2, you're in good shape.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.
