Update: I made my first week picks. Don't think anything in the last preseason game will change anything.

Technically, I could change everything before Thursday's game... but most of the conventional wisdom going into the picks seems to be continuing all the teams' performance from last year, which I think is a mistake in the case of a handful of teams.

Steelers v Cleveland? Not one of those mistakes. I'm hoping Cleveland beats *somebody* this year, but I really don't think it'll be Pittsburgh.

I've read that Cleveland has has a big turn around in the off season, though 27th in the power rankings, they've still got to prove.  I also read that the Steelers has a bad draft in 2018, B rated, but considered worst in AFC North.

Yay Philadelphia, by the way. Atlanta put up a good fight, but Philly's defense made some important stands and got the job done.

The last minute of the Eagles/Falcons was intense. The Eagles almost screwed it up, but was able to hold on.

Dallas stunk it up with penalties, that was just some horrible, sloppy play that killed drives.

Cleveland is off to its best start since 2004... 0-0-1!

Ravens crushed the Bills,  not a good day to be a Bills fan.  That one was hard to watch, even as a Ravens fan.
