Who really needs a $15 minimum wage?

In the January 15, 2019 Ask The Headhunter Newsletter a business owner says a $15 minimum wage law will put him out of business. Question I operate three restaurants. It's getting harder and harder to hire workers. People just don't want to do this kind of work any more, but for young people it's actually a good way to learn good work habits.
