Nice one. Have you considered the possibility of using some more visualization? A whiteboard can make wonders to the attention of the viewers. To be honest for me with a whiteboard is much easier to follow (and ppt is so boooooooooring).

I don't have a pen input device, so a digital whiteboard won't work for me. I can run images or a PPT in the corner, but, like you, I don't like PPTs. I see these videos as me virtually leaning over the cube wall to explain stuff.

I meant a real, physical one. Standing with a marker in front of it really attract attention. And I am biased of sitting in front of the team explaining something and at least 3 persons trying to take the marker and start to explain how dumb I am.

The video is really great, I would like to see more of those.

True, having a whiteboard would be nice, but... ah... such is my home office!

Very glad you liked it, I'll try to do videos each Tuesday. We'll see how long I can keep a schedule...
