Cisco.com breaking functionality of their website this week

First issue - during my cucm / cuc voip app upgrade, cisco decided to remove my access to the software. The error was "additional entitlement required" as though I did not have any valid contract. I do have valid contracts and can and did raise TAC cases to get the software. I have access again, I noticed, today. But this cost me almost 1 day.

Now, today I have received new licenses (traditional licensing) for a firewall that I have. 2 problems here:
1. When clicking on the link in the email to go to the cisco.com edelivery, it just shows "ERROR" and doesnt load anything else on the page, although right click the link > copy link > paste into firefox does work, so looks like a browser issue at this point..
2. Now I have the PAK I notice that there is now a combination of PAK and PIN required. So I go to the product licensing registration page at Cisco.com (thought I'd stick with Firefox...). I paste in the PAK and next window asks for PIN. So I paste in the PIN and I see this message:

QuoteThe PIN you have entered is incorrect.
Please check the value and try again.
If you continue to see this message, please open a support case

But there's another way I can do this. There is a radio button to "Look Up PAK using Order Number:" so I choose that, enter in the order number (from the email I received) which I can only assume is the value for "Cisco order number" and I'm told that the order is not associated to my cisco.com account, even though in the edelivery page it says "my used ID" on the left and it matches my email address that the order was sent to...
Not only that but I keep getting prompted for captcha codes upon every click.

Also when looking for documentation via google search, I click on some of the cisco.com returned results and it takes me to a Ping Federate page with a message "ACCESS DENIED".

:o

Rant over, thanks for listening

Oh after submitting this rant, the pin number is now working and the PAK is now added to my account.  :o

Initially I tried copy and paste from the PDF then thought that maybe there is a hidden character being copied and pasted, making it invalid. So I tried manually typing but same error.

But... the new license starts more than a few weeks before the current license expires. Having great fun this week!

Cisco gave me a license for 13 months as a replacement. Bloody nice of them, I do say.
