Accessing router's route table (TP-LINK Archer D7)

I've got a TP-LINK Archer D7 and I want to relay the traffic from one of the connected devices to another instead of letting it go to internet.

The problem is that I couldn't access such configuration in modem's web panel. So I thought I ask you to lead me to another way for doing so. It would be best if I could configure modem's route table somehow.

you should be able to Share a printer locally and files & media with networked devices or remotely via FTP server
device is end of life, time to replace it with something else

For a home network, just about any current device from a reputable manufacturer will do.

For a business environment, I'd recommend going with a switch that there's at least one other of in your environment so as to simplify on support. What else do you have in your office?

It is for home but I don't mind paying more to get something more customizable. I am kinda a devop.

The next question would be one of upkeep, but I'd recommend looking up a Cisco Small Business switch that has Layer 3 functions - Layer 3 means it can block traffic from one LAN to another - and also for corresponding HP switches. Look for them used or refurbished, new will be outrageous in cost compared to what you pay for used / refurb.
