Nexus 5K lab attempt

I found a Nexus 5548 sitting in our back storage room.  I was wondering could I setup a vPC lab with a single 5548 by basically creating VLANs that pretend to be the switches?  So I would create VLAN 10 (SW1) and VLAN 20 (SW2) and connect them together and configure vPC.  I just want to play with vPC and try to learn how they work and configure.  But at this time I only have one Nexus switch.  Just thinking.
