It means you have OPERATIONAL support for this thread and handle all level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting. If nobody else posts in your thread, you also own level 3 escalations and have to produce the Architectural Handbook, High-Level Design, and Low-Level Design documents for it. :)

My Internet is broke.  Everytime I try to type T-H-E-G-R-E-A-T-D-O-C, this thread translates it to "dummy".
