This is on their NMS system. One exploits a java vulnerability, another in how it handles POST requests.
Take a baseball bat and trash all the routers, shout out "IT'S A NETWORK PROBLEM NOW, SUCKERS!" and then peel out of the parking lot in your Ferrari.

When I saw that earlier today my first thought was "Netgear has a management system?" Apparently they do more than home routers.
