PPPoE Query

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if any of you can shed any light on this for me.

Can someone explain how this works? I know there is a PADI then PADO then PADR then PADS....my issue is that I can see the PADI from the client but I'm not seeing the PADO when I did a capture in Wireshark.

Does anyone know of any possible causes for this? Not sure if you guys require more info. I'm sending this from my phone so will try to send a sample of the capture when I can but would like to know if there are possible causes that come to mind.

I was wondering if it could be an issue relating to the QinQ not working properly but I'm at a lost.

PS: I work for an ISP and I have multiple sites where it works fine but this one site is giving me an issue. Configuration and setup is all the same.

Thanks guys. Resolved. It turns out I was right about it being the QinQ config.
